Dear Friends in Christ,

We have a great hope of life eternal in our great God and in our Lord Jesus Christ. But, our work is not complete and we must gather our strength in these last days to do the will of God for the hope of glory that lives in us. Knowing that we have been chosen in Him before the foundation of the world should give us the courage to press on while in the battle with the evil that desires to defeat us. There are those with CFBI, and maybe with you too, that are in the midst of a great battle of faith with the evil that is in this world. I want you to know that you are not alone. Many of us, if not all, are struggling to know and stay in the center of God's will. As we lift each other in prayer, let us not be neglectful of the needs of our brothers and sisters serving the Lord in foreign lands. Most are dependent on their only source of supply coming from us. Please pray with me and do all you can to help in supplying their needs to the glory of God. The Bible says, “If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?” James 2:15&16. I pray the Lord’s blessings upon you as you pray and share in the supply of the saints.

This is one of the hardest newsletters ever to write and at the same time one I am joyful to share a bit of information. You know how I have written about Timmie’s battle with MS and then being found with cancer. Praise the Lord that after another surgery last week there was no cancer found in a lymph node. We pray for the same results when we receive the test results on the tissue that was also removed. Many of you have been praying for Timmie and I thank you with all my heart.

Christians for Biblical Israel’s annual Collection/Distribution trip the first of November will soon arrive. We hope again to take an amount that will be a great blessing to CFBI’s Israel projects. Please join me in prayer for the trip to Israel. My hope and desire is to bring glory to God and to be a blessing to God’s Chosen People. “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” Luke 6:38
